Fall Beauty

You are probably enjoying your commutes to work, trips to store, and just being outside as the leaves are putting on such a Beautiful display!  God is so good to us, arranging such a cool fall to follow such a Hot Summer!  Cut off the AC, and open the windows!  (Unless you are up in Minnesota...you might need your snow shovel!)  

        When I read this part of the verse... "and the Fulness thereof"... November makes me think of the "Horn of Plenty", and the Fulness that God provides.  God has entrusted us with His Earth, with all the "Fulness" in it (food, resources).  All of us "Dwell therein",  and God intends that we Share out of His Horn of Plenty with those in Need,  with those who are less fortunate.  

          Look around you, and see who God might direct you to, in order to share some of the "fulness" He has allowed you to enjoy.    

Summer Days

Don't let the summer days put you in "spiritual haze"...

   Sometimes an extra vacation is taken in summer.... one God doesn't want us to take,  a "Spiritual Vacation".

 PS 119 (Message)  "You're blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God. 2 You're blessed when you follow his directions, doing your best to find him. 3 That's right - you don't go off on your own; you walk straight along the road he set. 4 You, God, prescribed the right way to live; now you expect us to live it. 5 Oh, that my steps might be steady, keeping to the course you set"...
